Once you’ve finalized your design, you’ll need to decide whether to select from our pre-designed standard panels or request a custom quote for more personalized specifications.

Standard Panels: For flexible, cost-effective solutions, choose from a selection of popular patterns in a standardized panel size on various materials. These panels suit a wide range of applications, including automotive interiors, furniture upholstery, and more.

Custom Projects: If your project demands specific materials, panel sizes, or unique designs, request a custom quote. Provide us with your detailed specifications (e.g., material type, panel size, custom designs), and our team will send a tailored quote, including pricing, production timelines, and suggestions to optimize your design for CNC stitching.

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your materials for stitching. This includes either selecting and cutting materials from our stock or inspecting any materials you supply. If sending in own material for a full size panel, please cut to 52″ x 33″ or supply one yard of material per panel ordered. You can also request a Custom Quote for bespoke panel dimensions.

Next, the material is bonded to scrim-backed foam in your choice of thickness: 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, or 1/2″. The foam thickness plays a key role in the texture of the final product. Thicker foam creates a more pronounced pillowing effect but may increase shrinkage during stitching.

Our CNC quilting system operates within a 47” x 31” sewing field, guided by precise servo motors to deliver consistently accurate stitching. No matter the complexity of your design, our machines ensure repeatability, meaning you can expand your project in the future with consistent results.

Once your panels are stitched, they’re trimmed, border-stitched, cleaned, and carefully packaged for delivery to your shop or workspace. When they arrive, they’re ready for seamless integration into your upholstery project.
