RS6 Hexagon CNC Stitched Panel
Inspired by Audi’s RS6 interior styling, the RS6 Hexagon pattern features an elongated hex shape that creates tight, compact rows for a sleek, performance-driven look. The elongated geometry gives a more subtle, refined appearance up close while still reading as clean and structured from a distance. RS6 Hexagon suits automotive, marine, and aviation upholstery projects, and holds its shape well in both vertical and horizontal orientations, so you can adjust the layout to fit your seat, panel, or headliner dimensions.
CNC Quilted Panel Specifications & Sizing
If sending in own material for a full size panel, please cut to 52″ x 33″ or supply one yard of material per panel ordered. You can also request a Custom Quote for bespoke panel dimensions.
Our full-size panels are sewn on scrim-backed foam with finished panel dimensions of 47” x 31.5” before quilting shrinkage and an estimated 45″ x 30″ quilted area. Foam thickness allows you to control the depth of the pillowing effect throughout the design. The thinner the backing foam, the shallower the pillowing. The thicker the backing foam, the deeper the pillowing of the design. Our options include 1/8”, 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2” thicknesses.
